Simply put…If you expend more calories than you take in you will obviously lose weight. Weight loss has been made so complicated over the last few decades by way of FAD diets and quick fixes that inevitably end up with you putting on more weight in the long term. I see this everyday and unfortunately it is becoming far too prevalent. I believe around 80% of your weight loss results will be achieved through diet and nutrition alone. This leaves the final tuning and planning to myself to ensure I design a custom tailor made program for the client. A program that raises your metabolism is crucial.
This will be achieved with the use of structured exercises based around cardiovascular, resistance and core exercises. It will then be necessary that you use the gym, with my planning, a further minimum of 1-2 times per week more to add to the calories burned in our 1 to 1 session.
I am a firm believer that change and variation bring about results therefore we need to keep your body guessing. We will work at your own pace to raise your fitness levels and then increase intensity of your workouts when necessary. If you are new to exercise, we will work on exercise confidence building so that you don’t feel like you have been thrown in at the deep end head first! You WILL achieve your goals!
