matt the personal trainerMy journey in the health and fitness industry as a Personal Trainer began in March 2005 when I decided to pursue my dreams after I left university to help people doing what I loved best. I enjoy motivating and working with those wishing to improve their shapes, confidence and fitness.

I love my job and face to face contact is very important to me. There is nothing more satisfying than watching someone improve in body and mind. I have a holistic approach to life and I firmly believe that hard work and determination gets results. I have helped lots of clients over the years to lose weight, tone up, maintain their body shapes and fitness and provide a very personal individual service that gives value for money. I am always available for moral support and believe in keeping in close contact so that my clients don’t feel alone on their journey to whatever they seek to achieve.

I am completely opposed to artificial sweetners, preservatives and flavourings in foods and believe a whole food organic approach in an ever increasing poisoned world is vital to health and success.

I am a level 3 qualified REPS Personal Trainer. This is the Register for exercise professionals. I did my training through Lifetime fitness.

I have a Nutrition Award and am qualified to instruct Circuits and Swiss Ball classes.

I specialise in weight loss programs and have many post birth clients. Most of my clients have been with me for at least 2 years and use my services 1-2 times per week. I have a loyal following of which I am very grateful for.
